Holley Chant
Holley Chant, LEED AP, is a sustainability subject matter expert who has dedicated her career to driving sustainability on large-scale built environment projects in the USA and internationally. She has served in leadership roles as a consultant, where she provided strategic guidance, and on the client side, where she oversaw the successful implementation of iconic projects that have redefined sustainable design, regenerative community engagement, and construction innovation.
Over a span of fifteen years, Holley has demonstrated her leadership in sustainability across a diverse range of built-environment projects — governmental, residential, sports, and commercial. Notable among these are the Google Lendlease Development Ventures in Silicon Valley, the FIFA 2022 World Cup Al Junaid Stadium in Qatar, the Abu Dhabi Future Schools Program, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Dubai Expo Village, the New Doha Zoo, as well as Qiddiya and the Red Sea Global Project in Saudi Arabia.
Holley has received numerous awards and recognition for her work, including a UBS Board Fellowship at the Fourth Floor in 2022–2024, the San Francisco Business Times “Most Influential Women” award, and the Globe Street Women of Influence Humanitarian Award in 2021. Other awards include the Middle East Consultant Awards Leader of the Year in 2015 and the Middle East Architect Awards Principal of the Year in 2012. In addition, she has been a special advisor to climate-tech startups focused on transforming the built environment’s carbon footprint through innovative materials.
