These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of avastargcp.com (the “Site”), operated by Avastar® Global Community Project (“Avastar® GCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose — Not Professional Advice

The Site and its research, white papers, models, and other materials are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Nothing on the Site creates a consulting, advisory, or client relationship between you and Avastar® GCP.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Avastar® star mark, white papers, frameworks, models, and design — are owned by or licensed to Avastar® Holdings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Avastar® Global Community Project (Avastar® GCP), the Seam Framework™, Reservoir Framework™, Cadence Framework™, BioMastery™, and HealthSpan™ are trademarks of Avastar® Holdings. You may view and download materials for your own personal, non-commercial reference only; all other use requires our prior written permission.

5. White Papers & Research Materials

Certain documents are made available for download or by request. They remain the property of Avastar® Holdings and are provided for your internal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or distribute them, or remove any proprietary notices or watermarks, without our written permission.

6. Your Submissions

When you submit information through a form, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to and manage your inquiry. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it.

7. Electronic Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us in connection with your inquiry. Such communications are part of your relationship with us and satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avastar® GCP, Avastar® Holdings, and their officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
